Yes. Our team arrives with professional cleaning supplies and equipment needed to complete the service. If you prefer specific products in your home, feel free to let us know before your appointment.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many clients provide entry instructions ahead of time so the cleaning can be completed while they are away from home or at work.

Do you offer one-time cleaning services?

Yes. We offer both one-time and recurring cleaning services depending on your needs. Many clients start with a deep cleaning before transitioning into recurring maintenance cleaning.

What areas do you service?

We currently service select areas throughout San Diego County, including El Cajon, La Mesa, Santee, Spring Valley, Lakeside, Rancho San Diego, and surrounding communities.

How often should I schedule recurring cleaning?

Most recurring clients choose biweekly cleaning to maintain a comfortable and manageable home. Weekly and monthly options are also available depending on lifestyle, pets, children, and overall home activity.

What is included in a deep cleaning?

Our deep cleaning service focuses on areas that typically need extra attention beyond routine maintenance cleaning. This may include baseboards, blinds, doors and frames, detailed bathroom and kitchen cleaning, buildup removal, vents, window sills, and other detailed surfaces throughout the home.

Do you clean baseboards and blinds?

Yes. Baseboards and sturdy blinds are included as part of our deep cleaning service. Extremely delicate, damaged, or specialty blinds may require additional review.

Is inside oven cleaning included in a deep cleaning?

Yes. Interior oven cleaning is included in most deep cleaning appointments unless otherwise discussed beforehand.

How long does a deep cleaning take?

Cleaning times vary depending on the size, condition, and level of buildup within the home. Larger homes or homes requiring more detailed attention may require additional time.

Can you help with heavy buildup or neglected homes?

Yes. We can often help with homes that require extra attention due to buildup, neglected areas, or long periods without professional cleaning. Additional time or pricing adjustments may apply depending on the condition of the home.

Do you clean inside appliances during a deep cleaning?

Interior appliance cleaning, such as refrigerators or additional appliances, can be added to your service if needed. Let us know before your appointment so we can properly schedule the time required.

Does the home need to be empty before the cleaning?

Yes. Move-out cleanings are intended for empty homes whenever possible. Empty spaces allow our team to properly access floors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and other detailed areas throughout the property.

Are cabinets and drawers included in a move-out cleaning?

Yes. Accessible interior cabinets and drawers are typically included as part of our move-out cleaning service unless otherwise discussed beforehand.

Do you clean inside appliances during move-out cleanings?

How does payment work?

Payment is processed after the cleaning service has been completed. Clients with online bookings may be asked to keep a card on file for scheduling purposes.

When is my card charged?

Cards on file are typically charged after the appointment has been completed unless otherwise discussed beforehand.

Do you offer recurring cleaning discounts?

Yes. Recurring maintenance cleaning services are generally offered at reduced pricing compared to one-time or deep cleaning appointments.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

What if something was missed during the cleaning?
