  I was introduced to Suddenly Clean because they volunteer their services to a program that gives house cleanings to cancer patients. Paul himself came and cleaned my house twice! Before he came over, we had a detailed discussion about what cleaning products to use (we agreed on pretty natural stuff), which I appreciated. He brought all his own stuff, which was great because we had previous cleaners where we had to supply all the cleaning products. He was knowledgeable, prompt, thorough and quick! We aim for continuity when it’s practical, but we don’t guarantee the same cleaner every visit — vacations, sickness, and availability all affect scheduling. What we do guarantee is the standard: every professional we send is thoroughly vetted and held to the same defined scope, so your service stays consistent regardless of who’s assigned.

What if I need to skip a recurring cleaning?

Just let us know. You can skip an appointment and resume your normal schedule afterward — we don’t automatically move you to a higher catch-up price just because a visit was skipped. We appreciate as much notice as you can give, ideally around 24 hours, so we can adjust the schedule.

Can I change my recurring cleaning frequency later?
