8. Property Condition & Time Adjustments
Online pricing is based on standard home conditions and the information provided during booking.
Suddenly Clean LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing if:
- the home condition differs significantly from the booking description,
- excessive buildup is present,
- additional rooms or areas were omitted,
- additional time or labor is required,
- add-ons are requested during service.
Clients will be notified whenever possible before additional work is performed.
9. Payment Policy

13. Lockouts & Access Issues
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property.
If our team cannot access the property during the scheduled appointment window, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled and additional fees may apply.
Clients should never leave keys or access devices in unsecured public areas.
14. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services and professional customer care.
If you believe something was missed during your service, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment.
Whenever possible, clients should provide:
- clear descriptions,
- photos,
- videos if applicable.
We reserve the right to inspect or address concerns before issuing any service adjustments.
Because cleaning services are labor-based and completed in real time, refunds are not guaranteed.
15. Damage & Breakage Policy

17. Photo & Documentation Policy
